Once you're in, you'll complete a comprehensive health baseline assessment. We're talking movement, nutrition, sleep, stress, and that all-important mindset.

 

Step 2: *Book Your 'Future Self Kickoff Session' 🚀
This 60-minute call is where we lay the groundwork for your transformation. Together, we'll map out your personalized roadmap for the next 12 months.* During this 60 minute call, we will review your assessment together and use that to create your personalized road map that will help you get from point A to point B over the next 12 months. It’s important to recognize there will always be more than one way to get there, and we will tweak and adapt things along the way based on your needs, preferences, abilities, and progress.

Step 3: Get Tech-Savvy 📲
